High-speed, high-precision localizer

This equipment measures the target with a localizer and establishes a coordinate system in space with a precision of nanometers, enabling "on-spot" processing and measurement with robots. It replaces stationary equipment with robots and contributes to automating work that handles large workpieces or requires high precision, as well as to saving labor and space.
