Concept
This service contributes to the stable operation of machines by remotely monitoring their status and also increases operational efficiency by allowing users to check the status of machines from remote locations using email notifications and mobile devices.
Remote monitoring
Machine list display
The machines you have are displayed. The machine name and machine appearance, machine status, loaded powder, remaining powder, software version, and deadline for periodic maintenance are displayed for each machine.
Machine details screen
The details of the selected machine are displayed. The information displayed on the machine details screen comprises basic information, an event list, a job data log, and graph display.
Basic information
You can check the machine status (“During Processing” etc.), processing job name, remaining processing time, oxygen concentration, loaded powder, remaining powder, model, software version, machine serial number, and deadline for periodic maintenance of the selected machine.
Event list
A history of events that occurred on the selected machine up to the previous day is displayed. Detailed explanations are displayed in addition to the date and time, category, and description of each event that occurred due to a change in the machine status or an error occurrence.
Email notification
The occurrence of specific events trigger email notifications to the user, such as when the remaining processing time reaches zero or an error occurs on a machine.
Job data log
Job details
You can check the job data log of previously executed processing. In addition to job name, start date and time, end date and time, and processing time, you can check information from various sensors, including laser power and remaining powder.
Graph display
Sensor data
The information from various sensors installed on the machine is displayed on time series graphs.

Machine operating rate
Machine operating rate
You can visualize the operating rate of machines. The criteria for visualization can be specified, such as “every month” or “within 24 hours”.

CSV download
You can download past job data log entries saved in the cloud as CSV files.
Account settings
You can change the password and interface language (Japanese/English) and select the items received in email notifications for each user.

You can check for notifications regarding maintenance, information on updates, and information on machines that can be connected on this service.
