Work on moving workpiece utilizing high speed visual servo control
Assembly work using a conventional robot requires initial setup and preparation using jigs and teaching, and it is necessary to stop the workpiece during the actual work. The high speed, high recognition rate and high flexibility of Nikon’s robot vision makes it possible to perform assembly of a moving workpiece without having to stop robot operation or the workpiece.
