Features of Lasermeister 1000S/1000SE
The Lasermeister 1000S series is a subtractive processing machine that enables highly precise flat finish and fine processing. It can be used with various materials and contributes to your digital transformation (DX) with the measurement data obtained during subtractive processing, including reducing or combining processes that depend on individual skills and simplifying quality management.
Enabling high-precision subtractive processing with a single unit
The Lasermeister 1000S series emits an ultra-short pulse laser for subtractive processing, measures the surface geometry with a built-in non-contact 3D measurement sensor, and feeds it back. These processes are repeated automatically, thereby achieving highly precise flat finish and fine processing with sub-micrometer-level geometric tolerances. The Lasermeister 1000S series makes it possible to repeat processing and measurement to achieve the required accuracy with a single machine, which was conventionally done using multiple machines.
Easy subtractive processing
Generally, laser processing does not require any fixture. Moreover, the Nikon Lasermeister 1000S series has a built-in measuring unit, eliminating the need for positioning and initial setups that require operators' skills. Furthermore, processing data can be created automatically only by entering design and drawing data created by CAD, thereby reducing processes and cost.
Available with various materials
The adoption of an ultra-pulse laser has reduced thermal effects, enabling high-precision subtractive processing with various materials, including easily breakable materials, such as ceramics and optical glass, and ultra-hard materials, such as diamond.

Contributing to digital transformation (DX) with measurement data
The Lasermeister 1000S series obtains and uses precise measurement data from the processed surfaces, eliminating the need for re-measurement in subsequent processes. It also retains the measurement data of all processed workpieces, which is used for quality management and process management, and contributes to digital transformation (DX), including the automation of production lines and unmanned production lines.
